Hi!
I'm elizabeth
a food-loving, veggie fanatic, functional dietitian nutritionist on a mission to help every woman rekindle joy in their health.

I remember the first time I heard the phrase “food as medicine”. I was sitting in my introduction to nutrition course watching a TED talk by Dr. Terry Wahls. I was fascinated and amazed to learn how Wahls suffered from Multiple Sclerosis, and recovered from her condition through a unique nutrient-rich protocol that she crafted herself.
That’s when it officially hit me, nutrition and lifestyle are essential for a person’s wellbeing!
Fast forward to my dietetic internship and grad school. I became trained in both clinical medical nutrition therapy (like hospital work) and integrative and functional medicine (specifically for dietitians in private practice). This is where I learned two major things:
I felt restrained in a conventional clinical setting.
2.
Through my science courses, research, and functional nutrition courses I became enamored by the gut microbiome. This led to me spending the last two years researching, exploring, and learning from some of the best in my field about how a healthy gut is critical to becoming the best you. After completing the “Mastering Gut Healing” course recognized by the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy, I decided it was time I share my knowledge and help others heal.
So, here I am today, I focus on a holistic, personalized approach to repairing and healing your gut. In today’s world, we are often treated based solely on signs and symptoms. We rarely ask the “why” and don't search for the root cause of our health conditions. It’s time to approach health and wellness with a new lens. I recognize that each person has their own genetic, environmental, and lifestyle influences that impact their gut health.
I like to dig deep. I mean deep. And through this process address the root cause of your gut issues. I can help you heal by integrating various nutrition therapies including whole foods, supplements, and overall mind-body wellness. We will explore the amazing impact nutrition and lifestyle can have on overall health and healing. Together, I can teach you how food can become your medicine!
