An underlying cause that has built up over the years. Are you sensitive to certain foods? Or do you have a fungal overgrowth like Candida in your gut? It's even possible that you have had food poisoning in the past and it is still reeking havoc in your gut!

I'm Here to help
Living in pain isn't fun especially when it's stomach pain! This can prevent you from enjoying the foods you love and feeling your best. Don't let this stomach pain dictate your life...get that good gut feeling back!
My number one step and trick with my clients is to always identify the root cause of their symptoms. I do this by using in-depth assessments and a GI MAP stool test to gain clarity on the underlying cause of their stomach pain. This information then helps me create an informed and individualized wellness protocol.
My clients' protocols incorporate nutrition, lifestyle and supplements all aimed directly at the root cause of their stomach pain (ex. kill off the fungus overgrowth). I provide continuous support throughout their health journey to ensure we are going to defeat that constipation for good!!
