🔥Did you know tracking your temperatures and pulse rate can give valuable insights into your metabolic health? Get a better understanding of your body!

⏰How and when to track: Track progress in app, notes on phone, excel or on paper. Collect 3 DAYS of data (please also take note of where you are in your menstrual cycle) 

1. First reading: Upon waking → BEFORE getting out of bed, having coffee etc. Right when you wake up take your temperature and pulse rate and record the results. 
2. Second reading: between 2-4 PM, take your temperature and pulse rate and record the results 
3. Can take a minimum of 3 months depending how much they need to work on it 

Temps and Pulse goals (remember taking temps and pulses is no exact science but give us great information) 

Goals:
✅ Waking temp of 97.8F or higher
increasing to 98.6F over the day
✅ Waking pulse: 75-85 bpm

Are you drinking coffee for breakfast? Hate to bre Are you drinking coffee for breakfast? Hate to break it to you but that’s not enough fuel to nourish your body in the morning!

Try to pair your coffee with a protein rich breakfast. This can give you enough energy and fuel to get you through your morning.

✅By starting your day with breakfast you will improve your blood sugar levels, energy levels, and not to mention make your gut happy!

✅Another tip is to add in extra protein/fat to your coffee by adding 1 scoop of collagen to your coffee and/or milk of choice.

*Example of a fueling breakfast*
Veg and egg scramble
-Saute bell peppers, spinach and onion in coconut oil or EVOO
-Add 2-3 eggs and scramble
-Options: pair with sourdough, avocado, breakfast potatoes, and protein coffee!
